If you've forgotten, or need to change your password to login, no need to worry.
Forgot your mobile app password?:
- Navigate to the login page of the application
- On the starting page for the application this is done by clicking "Sign In" at the bottom of the screen next to "Already have an account?"
- At the bottom of the login page, under the "Sign In" button, click on the text "Forgot Password?"
- On this page it will ask you to enter the email address associated with your account
- If you do not know the email address used, please contact us using the create a ticket link below.
- Once you have entered the email address, click on the button to "Send Instructions"
- If your email is valid an email with the steps to take to reset your password will be sent
- If you're not getting an email with the reset instructions, check your spam or junk folder
- Follow the instructions in the email
*Note* If you are already logged into the application but do not remember your password and want to change it. Logout under the "Profile" tab and navigate to "Forgot your password" using the steps above.
Need to change your mobile app password?:
- In the application, make sure that you are logged into your account
- At the bottom right of your screen should be the "Profile" tab
- In the profile tab, under the "Settings" section, should be an option for "Account Details"
- At the bottom of the "Account Details" page are the three fields required to change your password
- Your current password
- Your new password
- Confirming your new password
- Hit the "Change password" button
