There are a few account details that you can change within the application. Follow the steps below to make changes.
- Login to your Sensable account in the mobile application and click on the dashboard tab at the bottom left of the screen.
- On the dashboard screen, you'll see three lines in the upper right of the dashboard. Click this, then click the "My Account" tab.
Changing Account Details:
- You can change your first and last name
- You can change your address details
- You cannot change your associated email within the application.
- You cannot change your associated phone number within the application.
*Note* Make sure to hit "Save Changes" at the bottom of the screen after making changes.
Changing Coaching Type:
- You can change your preferred coaching style by clicking the "MyCoach" tab in the bottom right of your screen, then clicking "Update" under "Your coaching style" in the middle of the screen
- Choose your new preferred coaching style, then back out of the screen by clicking the back arrow in the top left of your screen
