First a few notes to common FAQs:
- What should I put for my reason for visiting Quest: All Other Tests
- What should I select when asked for my insurance: either Provide Later or The person being tested doesn't have insurance
- What time should I schedule my labs: The earlier in the day the better. Since the lab test is a fasting test, an earlier appointment is much easier.
- I'm in Arizona, and only have Sonora Quests near me: You can visit a Sonora Quest; however, be sure to ensure your labs are sent to a Quest Diagnostics for processing. You can mention this to the phlebotomist taking your sample
You can schedule your lab appointments in your mobile app - either as an Onboarding Step, or once in baseline. If you do not see the option to schedule your labs, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
During scheduling, first enter your information. You can either create an account, or continue as a guest. Scroll down and find a location near you and select a time (morning) that works for you.
When you select a time, you may be asked to enter insurance information. You do not need to do this. Either select that you will do this later, or that you don't have insurance. The lab order is already pre-paid.
