If you haven't already, make sure to download and setup an account in the “Withings” application on your mobile device. Follow instructions received upon opening the Withings app to connect your scale to this account. You can reference this article from Withings for further assistance connecting your scale.
Once your scale is connected to the Withings app, you can connect your Withings account to Sensable Health. During the Connect Devices Onboarding step (or after Onboarding in the Account Settings -> Connected Devices page), when stepping on your scale for the first time during setup, you may need to assign the weight recorded to your account (will be prompted to do so on the “Home” page of Withings app). If you have successfully connected your scale to Sensable Health, weights that appear in the Withings app, should automatically transfer to Sensable Health (there may be a short delay).
A few issues we commonly see:
- Make sure that your weights are appearing in your Withings application - if they are not appearing in Withings, your scale is not properly connected to Withings
- Depending on your phone settings, the Withings app can de-install. The Withings app must be downloaded on your phone for the weight values to transfer
- When connecting Withings to Sensable Health, make sure that the email address you enter is the account your scale is connected to
