To reschedule your call reach out to your coach. Please suggest a new time which will work for you and your coach will try their best to accommodate the new time. The sooner you let your coach know, the more likely it will be that they can accommodate a new time.
- Messaging your coach: At any time, you can message your coach using the “Support” button at the bottom of your application window. Once hitting “Support”, you can start the conversation with your coach by hitting “My coach”.
- Giving a few different times: Providing your coach with a few different alternative times and days will give you the best chance of quickly rescheduling your call.
