There are a few different ways to schedule a call with your dedicated health coach. If you are in doubt, we recommend texting your coach for assistance. Depending on where you are in your Sensable program, the best way to schedule may vary. Please see below.
If you're in Baseline (You've just started your Sensable Health Program)
If you are in this scenario, you will see the following tile on your mobile app dashboard. Click the "Schedule Call Now" button and you will be taken through the booking process.
If you're in your Sensable Health Program, and you've never had a coaching call yet.
If you are in this scenario, you will see a purple banner (see image below) on your Sensable Health App dashboard. Click this banner, and you will be taken through the booking process.
If you're in your Sensable Health Program, and you've already had your first coaching call.
We recommend texting your coach, they will send you a booking link via email.
If you've previously missed a call, you can check your email for a rebooking link (coaching@sensablehealth.net).
