What is Weekly Plan Regeneration
Each week during the Senable Health program, your plan will regenerate. This will include selection of new daily, weekly, and monthly goals. In addition, new weekly coaching modules will be chosen.
These weekly coaching modules are guided primarily by your active domain (Nutrition, Activity, Stress, Sleep, Community, and/or Toxins). Your goals are selected by a mixture of your program location, and your information and your unique program needs.
What are Weekly Coaching Modules
Circled in the image to the right, is one example of a weekly coaching module. These vary in length, but are designed to be completed in one sitting. There are 7 coaching modules delivered each week of your 6 month program, and can be spaced out one per day, or at whatever rate you are comfortable with.
When you complete a weekly coaching module, you will see a green check mark appear to the right of it.
The domain icons beneath the weekly coaching content represent the cross domain interaction that will be explored in each coaching module.
How do I access past Coaching Modules?
While new weekly coaching is chosen each week, you can still access past coaching if you missed a day, or would like to reference something you've read in the past. Click on "Resources" on the bottom menu bar, and navigate to "Past". Here you will see all past delivered Weekly Coaching Modules.
