The Sensable Health App allows you to track across the health domains. In addition to logging in the mobile app, you'll also notice automatic data feeds from Activity (Steps & Cardio) and Sleep (Sleep & Sleep Phases) come into the app.

Nutrition

Activity
Nearly all activity data will seamlessly come from your compatible smart watch. If you are having trouble getting this data to sync, take a look at this help article. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance.
In addition to the cardio and step data from your smart watch, you may also log your strength minutes directly in the Senable Health mobile app.
Sleep
Nearly all sleep data will seamlessly come from your compatible smart watch. If you are having trouble getting this data to sync, take a look at this help article. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance.
If you don't like to wear your watch to sleep, you can also manually log your sleep directly in the mobile app; however, in this case, you will be unable to track sleep phases - only total sleep time. We recommend sleeping a few days with your watch to see how much time you generally spend sleep/awake each night.
In addition to the raw numbers, sleep hygiene is a large component to getting reliably good sleep. In the Sensable mobile app, you can track your sleep hygiene behaviors by checking off which you did each night.
Stress
A large component of Stress, is identifying your stress and stressors. In the Sensable Health app, you can take the stress survey each day to report your Stress Level, your recognition of stress, and if you're taking 2-minute timeouts throughout the day.
In addition to this survey, you can log your stress management techniques in the mobile app.
