You can think of the onboarding period as the setup to your Sensable Health journey. The onboarding period lasts 28 days, but can be restarted. There are 4 steps to the onboarding process.
Step 1. Intake questionnaire
On the first day of your onboarding, the day after you register, you can complete your intake questionnaire. This 24 question survey helps us understand your current behaviors in order to create the most meaningful plan for you. You can complete this survey anytime during onboarding, but only once. Be sure to think about the average day or week when answering survey questions.
Step 2. Lab Tests
Once you receive your welcome kit in the mail, you can begin the lab process. For any questions about your lab process, please reach out to our Customer Service Team. While we recommend completing labs, If you do not want to complete your labs, you can still join the Sensable Health program. You may continue to schedule your first call once completing your Intake Questionnaire and connecting your devices.
Step 3. Connecting your Devices
As soon as your devices arrive in your welcome kit you can begin the step of connecting your devices.
To connect your scale, download the Withings Health Mate App. Reference this help document for help connecting your Withings Smart Scale. Once you have connected your scale to your Withings account, you can connect this Withings account to Sensable Health.
If you have a Fitbit smartwatch, make sure that it is attached to your Fitibit account. You must sign in with this account within the Sensable Health Application and allow data transfer for our app to be able to sync this data.
If you have an Apple watch, make sure that it is synced with your phone and Apple health. You will need to allow data transfer between the Sensable Health App and Apple health for our app to be able to sync this data.
Step 4. Scheduling your first call with your coach
The final step of onboarding is selecting your preferred coaching style and scheduling your first call with your coach. Your coach will help you throughout your journey in the Sensable Health Program. Following your first call with your coach, you will begin the Baseline period if you are ready!
