Baseline is a 2 week period in which we seek to understand your normal habits. It is important that you do not try to change your habits during this time frame. We ask you to be wearing your smartwatch each day and log information in each domain (Sleep, Stress, Activity, and Nutrition). Based on the data collected during this period your plan is further customized. In addition, your coach will have the opportunity to learn a lot more about your habits and lifestyle.
