The Sensable Health Program is a 26-week program. The program is broken up into a few areas: Registration and Onboarding, Baseline, Core program (4 domain roll-out), Cross-domain fine tuning, and transition to maintenance. See below for some details about each portion of the program.
Registration and Onboarding: The combination of registering in the program and completing the onboarding checklist is a variable length process. It can be as quick or long as you need it to be. We expect that on average, it will last around a week. During onboarding, you will complete your Intake Questionnaire, complete your lab work (if purchased), connect your devices, and schedule your first coaching call. The Baseline Period: Baseline is a 2-week period where we seek to understand your normal habits. For more information on the baseline period, check out our article.
Core program (4 domain roll-out): For the next 18 weeks, the core program, and the roll-out of each of the 4 domains (Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, and Activity), takes place. The order in which your domains open is determined by your Intake Questionnaire and (if purchased) your lab results. Once one domain opens, it is active for the duration of the program; however, the most recently opened domain is of focus. Domains 1 and 2 each are focused on for 5 weeks. Domains 3 and 4 are focused on for 4 weeks. As domains are opened, you will see applicable goals, messaging, and daily coaching.
Cross Domain Fine Tuning: For the two weeks following the core program, all domains will be open. Based on your performance and successes throughout the program, the program may be adjusted slightly to fit your personalized needs. Prior to this, you will discuss this with your coach on your call.
Transition to Maintenance: During the last week of the program we will help transition you to maintenance where applicable to help you continue your healthy lifestyle.
