The Sensable Health Program is a 26-week program. The program is broken up into a few areas: Registration and Onboarding, Baseline, Core program (4 domain roll-out), and Cross-domain fine-tuning. See below for some details about each portion of the program.
Registration: Registration can be as quick or as long as you need it to be; we expect on average it will take around a week. First, register for the program on your company's website. This will trigger the shipment of your Welcome Kit. Once your Welcome Kit comes, it's time to download and sign into the Sensable Health mobile app. There are a few final steps before your Baseline period begins: 1.) Connecting your devices (scale & wearable), 2.) Scheduling your first coaching call, and 3.) (If applicable) scheduling your lab appointment. For more information on the registration/onboarding period, check out our article.
The Baseline Period: Baseline is a 1-week period where we seek to understand your normal habits. For more information on the baseline period, check out our article.
Core program (4 domain roll-out): The core program will last 26 weeks, where the roll-out of each of the 4 domains (Sleep, Stress, Nutrition, and Activity), takes place. Alongside these 4 domains, you'll be learning about two crucial pillars: toxins and community. The order in which your domains open is determined by the intersect of your behavior and biology data. Once one domain opens, it is active for the duration of the program; however, the most recently opened domain is of focus. Each domain will be in focus for 5 weeks, and the cross-domain fine-tuning phase will last 6 weeks. As domains are opened, you will see applicable goals, messaging, daily coaching, and more.
Cross-Domain Fine-Tuning: For the final 6 weeks of your program, all domains will be open. Based on your performance and successes throughout the program, the program may be adjusted slightly to fit your personalized needs. Prior to this 6-week period, you will discuss the cross-domain fine-tuning phase with your coach on your call.
